Using Kalki Yoga
You must provide accurate account information and keep your OTP and class-access links private. Membership access is personal and may not be transferred, resold or shared. We may restrict access where misuse, harassment, fraud or a safety risk is identified.
Health and safety
Yoga instruction is educational wellness guidance and is not medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant, injured, managing a health condition or unsure whether an activity is suitable. Work within your limits, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and tell the instructor about relevant limitations.
Classes and attendance
Schedules, instructors and class formats may occasionally change. Joining availability is controlled by the published class window and host status. Attendance is recorded only when the platform can associate participation with an eligible booking and account.
Recordings and intellectual property
Classes, recordings, written guidance, branding and application content belong to Kalki Yoga or its licensors. They are for personal use only. Copying, screen-recording, publishing, selling or distributing them without written permission is prohibited.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available but internet, device, payment-provider or video-platform interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Kalki Yoga is not responsible for indirect loss or for injury caused by ignoring safety guidance or withholding relevant health information.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
