Cancelling renewal
You may request cancellation of a web membership through the available billing or support channel. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is confirmed. Unless we state otherwise during cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refund requests
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a verified technical payment failure, or a class that Kalki Yoga cancelled without a reasonable replacement. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
How to request help
Contact us with the account phone number, payment date, amount and Razorpay payment reference. Never send a card number, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Class changes and missed sessions
A member’s missed class is not automatically refundable. If Kalki Yoga cancels or materially reschedules a class, we may provide a replacement session, account adjustment or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Recurring mandate
Cancelling a class booking does not cancel the membership or its recurring payment mandate. Membership cancellation must be completed separately. Keep the confirmation provided for your records.
