Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate your membership: name, phone number, email address, profile and practice preferences, bookings, attendance, class reviews, support messages and limited payment references. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, recommend suitable batches, process and reconcile memberships, provide secure class access, record attendance, show time-limited recordings, answer support requests, prevent misuse and improve the service. Wellness information supports safer instruction and is not used to provide medical diagnosis.
Service providers
Kalki Yoga uses Supabase for account and application data, Razorpay for web payments and recurring mandates, Zoom for live classes and recordings, and Firebase for web hosting. Each provider processes only the information required for its service and is governed by its own privacy and security terms.
Attendance, reviews and recordings
Join and leave events may be used to calculate attendance. Reviews are private unless you choose to share one with the community. Class recordings are restricted to eligible members and, when published, are available in the application for up to 24 hours. Do not record or redistribute a class without permission.
Retention and security
We retain account, membership and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Access is restricted using authenticated accounts, row-level database controls, signed webhooks and short-lived recording links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction or compliance records may need to be retained even after account deletion. You can also choose whether your first name and review are shared publicly.
